Google Optimize and Optimize 360 are shutting down

Yesterday, Google announced via email that it will be shutting down Google Optimize and Optimize 360.

We are confident that we can continue to use Google Optimize and Optimize 360 until September 30, 2023. However, we must be aware that after that date, they will no longer be suitable for use.

The direct shutdown of Optimize Insider and Optimizely is excellent news for companies.

So what happens next?

According to Google's article "Google Optimize Sunset," we can confidently perform tests, such as A/B testing, through GA4.

Professional tests like Optimize may seem challenging to create, but rest assured, we can easily develop simpler tests such as A/B testing directly on GA4 in the future with confidence.

We will confidently download all of our historical data in Google Optimize and Optimize 360 before September 30, 2023. Failure to do so will result in a loss of access to the data. Please refer to the email below for more details.
